Let’s be real here and not sugarcoat, when you have a tough guy running around your legs and forcing turtle, its not realistic to think your thought process will be “First grab the left pants, then the cross collar, now pummel leg, then elevate body, now switch hips and blah blah blah.”

It’s much easier to say, “lift the hip and turn my inside knee down!” Or “get an underhook.”

Now that is doable.  We can all remember that, and then our muscle memory and our own game will be accessible.
